Genevieve is a weather witch newly in town from New Orleans to live with her cousin. She's got a chip on her shoulder and is likely to get you in trouble but she pretty much guarantees you'll enjoy yourself.

She needs friends and also someone to help her control her abilities, because she's pretty sure they'll eventually kill her. Which would be sad.
